Copper Water for Brain, Joints, Stomach, Water Borne Diseases

The ancient Indian system of medicine – Ayurveda says that the water placed in a copper vessel balances the three defects of the body – Vata, Kapha and Pitta. Such water is called ‘ Tamrajal ‘.
The water kept in the copper container should be sipped only after keeping at least eight hours to get the maximum health benefits. It is enough to consume it two or three times a day, and the rest of the time you can drink plain water.
1) Water is absorbed into copper
The World Health Organization says that consuming 2 mg of copper is good when 1 litre water is kept daily. According to researchers, the water kept in the copper pot for several hours absorbs a part of the copper. This water benefits in many way.
(2) Stimulates Brain
It stimulates the brain our brain works on impulse transmission. Therefore, the use of copper is more beneficial for the brain. It stimulates the brain and prevents problems like amnesia.
(3) Prevents water borne diseases
Copper has oligodynamic properties, which causes it to destroy bacteria, especially E-coli and S. Ores. These two bacteria are usually found in the environment. These are the main factors of water-related diseases like diarrhoea, dysentery, jaundice. Drinking copper water helps them to get rid of them.
(4) Good for Joint Problems
Arthritis and inflammation in the joints also have anti-inflammatory properties in copper. It relaxes joint pain and swelling caused by arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis) and rheumatoid arthritis. Copper strengthens the bones and immune system, so it is even more beneficial for patients with these diseases, which are mainly bone diseases.

Nowadays, acidity, gas and indigestion have become common difficulties. Copper is very beneficial. Copper helps to destroy harmful bacteria of food and relieve inflammation of the stomach. It is also helpful in stomach ulcers, indigestion and infection. It clears the stomach and balances the functioning of the liver and kidneys. Also helps in the removal of waste from the body and absorption of nutrients.
How to Choose Real Copper
Rub & Clean
Rub the inner part of such a vessel with a scrub and clean it. The better way is to rub it with lemon and clean it. Rub and leave for a few minutes and then wash with plain water. You can also use baking soda to clean the copper pot.
Use Magnet to Check Purity
Can identify the purity of copper with the help of magnets. Look at the copper flask, glass or bottle with a magnet. If it sticks, copper is adulterated. The color of the real copper is pink-orange. If you already have a copper utensil, rub the lemon on it and then clean it with water. Copper is pure if they take pink and bright color.
